Nikki Tobia is a Development Officer specializing in Major Gifts & Schools for Free Wheelchair Mission; the San Diego representative for the global organization based in Orange County, CA. Free Wheelchair Mission is a faith-based, humanitarian nonprofit that manufactures and distributes highly durable, cost-effective wheelchairs to people living with disabilities in the developing world through a network of like-minded partners. Her role is to raise awareness for their cause and the solution they provide to those in under-resourced regions of our world, while developing relationships with existing and new supporters in San Diego County to ensure their vision of impact comes to life.

She is a beach-lover, dog-mom and new resident of Carlsbad along with her husband. Prior to 2021, she resided in San Francisco managing nonprofit events and community relations for UCSF Health and UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals.
